We only collect what we need to build your site. We don't sell or share your data. Here's exactly what happens.

1. Who we are

Siamfolio is a service operated by Siamfolio Co., Ltd, a Thai company based in Bangkok. We’re a subsidiary of Siam & Co.

2. What we collect

Three small things, all needed to do our job:

  • Your Facebook URL and Google Maps URL. So our scraper can pull your public business info: photos, opening hours, reviews, menu, contact details.
  • Your email and phone (only if you order). To send the invoice, confirm the brief, and deliver the site.
  • Browser localStorage on your device. Stores your editor draft (palette choice, edits) so you can refresh without losing work. No cookies, no tracking pixels.

3. What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell or share your data with third parties.
  • We don’t track you across other websites.
  • We don’t profile you. No targeted advertising.
  • We don’t store credit card data — Stripe does, on PCI-DSS-certified servers.

4. Who we work with (data processors)

  • Vercel (USA/EU) — hosting and analytics. Anonymized request logs.
  • Stripe (Ireland) — payment processing. Card data never touches our servers.
  • Apify (Czech Republic) — scrapes public Facebook + Google data on demand.
  • Anthropic (USA) — Claude API generates first-draft copy. We don’t share personal data with it.
  • Resend (USA) — transactional emails.
  • Cloudinary (Singapore) — image optimization.

All processors have signed Data Processing Agreements aligned with GDPR and Thai PDPA.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Scraped business data: deleted after 90 days if you don’t order.
  • Order data (invoice, contact): 5 years for tax compliance.
  • Editor drafts in localStorage: until you clear your browser.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and Thai PDPA, you can:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that’s wrong
  • Ask us to delete it (right to erasure)
  • Export it in a portable format (JSON)
  • Withdraw consent at any time

7. Children

Siamfolio is for business owners. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we update this policy meaningfully, we’ll email everyone who has placed an order. Trivial wording fixes don’t trigger a notice.
