1. You don’t love the mockup

You pay nothing. We only invoice after you’ve seen and approved the AI-generated mockup. No deposit, no commitment up front.

If you ask for a different template direction at the mockup stage, we’ll generate one variant for free. After that, walk away — no hard feelings.

2. We miss the 7-day delivery

7 calendar days from receipt of payment to live URL is our promise. If we miss it for any reason that’s our fault, we automatically refund 30% of your payment(€90 / 3,750 ฿) within 5 business days. No request needed.

Exceptions: delays caused by you (e.g. domain transfer pending, not replying to questions for >48h) don’t count against the deadline.

3. You change your mind after launch

The site stays online and the code is yours. No refund — we built what you approved. You can take the codebase elsewhere or cancel hosting (after the included first year).

How to request a refund

Just email hello@siamnco.com with your order ID. We respond within one business day. Refunds process via the original payment method (Stripe usually clears in 5–10 days).

Disputes

If we disagree on a refund, we go to mediation first (Bangkok or remote). EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services unless they explicitly waived it when ordering.
